Abstract
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of Xinbaoyuan Decoction combined with acupoint application on major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:From April 2021 to April 2024,114 patients with coronary heart disease who met the indications for PCI in Jinan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 57 cases in each group.All patients received conventional western medicine treatment after surgery,the control group was given acupoint application treatment,while the combined group was given acupoint application combined with Xinbaoyuan Decoction treatment,with the treatment lasting for 4 weeks.The incidence of MACE,TIMI flow grade,vascular endothelial function[P-selectin(CD62p),glycoprotein(GP)Ⅱb/Ⅲa receptor complex,von Willebrand factor(vWF),endothelin-1(ET-1)],myocardial injury markers[cardiac troponin T(cTnT),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase-MB isoenzyme(CK-MB)]and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Result:After 6-month follow-up,the incidence of MACE in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of vWF,ET-1,CD62p and GPⅡb/Ⅲa receptor complex in the two groups decreased after treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,cTnT,CK and CK-MB in both groups decreased after treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the distribution of TIMI flow grade in the combined group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest tightness,chest pain,fatigue,palpitation and shortness of breath in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xinbaoyuan Decoction and acupoint application can effectively reduce the occurrence of MACE after PGI,alleviate traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and may be related to improving vascular endothelial function,TIMI flow grade,and regulating myocardial microcirculation.关键词
