Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of rhythmic auditory stimulation in dorsal premotor cortex(dPMC)stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:According to the random number table method,67 dPMC stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Nanhua University Affiliated Changsha Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=34).The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group received rhythmic auditory stimulation intervention on the basis of routine rehabilitation intervention.The two groups were continuously intervened for 2 weeks.The gait analysis results,lower limb motor function and balance function of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the step length of both groups increased compared with those before intervention,the step frequency and step speed increased compared with those before intervention,and the walking cycle shortened compared with those before intervention,and those of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function scale and Berg balance scale in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding rhythmic auditory stimulation on the basis of routine rehabilitation intervention can further improve the walking function of dPMC stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is conducive to the recovery of lower limb motor function and balance function.关键词
