儿童及青年大血管闭塞性急性缺血性卒中患者血管内治疗研究进展
Research progress on endovascular treatment for acute ischemic stroke caused by large vessel occlusion in children and young adults
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)among children and young adults has increased significantly.This condition is characterized by complex etiologies,high disability and mortality rates,and a high burden of disease.Endovascular treatment(EVT)has demonstrated remarkable clinical value in treating AIS with large vessel occlusion(AIS-LVO).Multiple studies indicated that EVT can significantly enhance outcomes of AIS-LVO and achieve high recanalization rates in children and young adults,and could potentially lead to a better prognosis compared to elderly patients.This article reviews the research progress on the etiology,pathological characteristics,current EVT status,and key influencing factors of prognosis in AIS-LVO in children and young adults.关键词
