中医五体理论中脉系统的研究
Study on the Pulse System of Five Body Constituents Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
The theory of five body constituents in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)originated from Inner Canon of Huangdi.The term five body constituents came out of Lingshu·Genjie.Among all the expositions of this theory,the study on the pulse system has always been a hot topic in the academic circles of TCM.Pulse diagnosis in TCM has a long history,and as a unique diagnostic method among the four diagnostic methods of TCM,it plays a unique role in the diagnostic and treatment process of TCM and has been emphasized by medical practitioners of all generations.The TCM pulse system uses its internal part to communicate the five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs,and its external part to connect the limbs and nine orifices,connecting the upper and lower parts and the interior and exterior parts of the human body,and building various organs and tissues into a coordinated and unified organic whole to exert the functions of various parts and maintain human health.The word"pulse"mainly contains two meanings,one for the meridians,and the other for the blood.From the diagnosis of the whole body in the Inner Canon of Huangdi to the maturity and application of the"six sections of pulse"in the Pulse Classic,the theoretical understanding and practical operation mode of TCM pulse diagnosis have been greatly reformed and advanced.From the specific content of pulse diagnosis,from meridians to blood vessels diagnosis,TCM pulse diagnosis has been undergoing changes and development.In this whole process,the most important pulse diagnosis should be blood diagnosis,and blood diagnosis has the difference between pulse Qi and pulse image.Pulse diagnosis has been in an important position in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in TCM,and it can be diagnosed and treated according to the principle of"differentiation and treatment by pulse"and"integrated diagnosis and treatment".关键词
