蒙药当贡-3抗缺血性心力衰竭分子机制的网络药理学研究
Network Pharmacology Study of Molecular Mechanism in Mongolian Medicine Danggong-3 in Treating Ischemic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the molecular mechanism of Mongolian medicine Danggong-3 in treating ischemic heart failure using network pharmacology and molecular docking.Methods:Active compounds of Dang-gong-3 were screened from the TCMSP and Herb databases.Potential targets of these compounds were predicted using the Swiss Target Prediction platform.Disease-related targets for ischemic heart failure were collected from OMIM and GeneCards databases.Common targets between the drug and the disease were identified using the Ven-ny online tool.Cytoscape 3.9.1 software was employed to construct a 3D interaction network model integrating drug molecules,active ingredients,and disease targets.A protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was construct-ed using the STRING database and Cytoscape 3.9.1 to identify core targets and visualize the network.GO and KEGG enrichment analyses of the shared targets were performed using R language to identify key biological pro-cesses and signaling pathways.Results:A total of 10 active compounds were identified in Danggong-3,with 388 drug targets and 7 412 disease-related targets,resulting in 317 common targets.Key active compounds included stigmasterol and quercetin.8 core targets were identified from the PPI network:SRC,TNF,TP53,Akt1,CASP3,EGFR,ESR1,and PPARγ.GO enrichment analysis indicated that these targets were primarily involved in biologi-cal processes such as nuclear receptor activity and inflammatory response.KEGG pathway analysis revealed signifi-cant enrichment in neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,pathways in cancer,Rap 1 signaling pathway,and AGE-RAGE signaling pathway.Conclusion:Danggong-3 exerts protective effects on myocardial cells by modulating multiple targets and pathways,thereby alleviating oxidative stress,inflammation,and apoptosis induced by isch-emic heart failure.关键词
