Analysis of Factors Affecting the Leaching Rate of Heavy Metal Elements in Tea by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to analyze the leaching patterns of heavy metal elements such as As,Pb,and Cd in 18 tea samples from different regions and varieties under different soaking times,temperatures,and times in tea soup.The experimental results showed that the leaching rate of heavy metal elements decreased with the increase of tea soaking times,and the leaching rate of the second and third soak-ing solutions was significantly lower than that of the first soaking solution;The leaching rate of heavy metal ele-ments increases with the increase of soaking temperature,reaching its highest at 100 ℃;The leaching rate of heavy metal elements increases with the increase of tea soaking time,and the trend of leaching rate reaches its highest at 30 minutes.The content of heavy metal elements in the tea leaves participating in the testing meets the standard re-quirements of GB 2762-2022,and poses less threat to human health.关键词
