中医"燥湿兼化"理论发展及内涵探析
Exploration of the Development and Connotation of the"Simultaneous Transformation of Dryness and Dampness"Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
"Simultaneous transformation of dryness and dampness"refers to the phenomenon of coexistence and mutual transformation of dryness and dampness pathogenesis during the occurrence and progression of diseases. This concept originated in the early stages of TCM theory formation and has been continuously refined through theoretical discussions and clinical practices of ancient physicians.Today,it is widely used to analyze the pathological evolution of various diseases.By examining ancient medical discussions on dryness and dampness and tracing the theoretical origins of"simultaneous transformation",this study explores its theoretical basis and pathological connotations. In terms of theoretical foundation, the dialectical relationship between dryness and dampness—characterized by unity of opposites and mutual influence—is analyzed through the lens of Yin-Yang theory and the distribution of body fluids, discussing the intrinsic conditions for the occurrence of this pathogenesis.Regarding pathological connotations, the mechanisms of"simultaneous transformation"are categorized into two aspects:coexistence of external and internal factors, and transformation within internal injuries, based on the characteristics of exogenous/endogenous dryness and dampness.By systematizing the theoretical origins and connotations of"simultaneous transformation",this study aims to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to dryness and dampness pathogenesis.关键词
