Technical operation guidelines for domestically innovative X/γ-ray integrated radiotherapy system

Abstract
The X/γ-ray integrated radiotherapy system integrates many advanced techniques includes medical linear accelerator of X-ray,and gamma knife system and others,which can realize many kinds of innovatively radiotherapy modes,and meet complexly clinical requirement,and provide personalized treatment.The system has significant technical advantages,including radiotherapy that X/γ-ray combines with the same machine single synchronous or sequential addition,dosage conformity of precise biological target area,integrated high-precision treatment of coaxial coplanar,volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMAT)with arbitrary angle arc-pull that breaks conventional limitations,multi-angle non-coplanar ultra-precision stereotactic radiotherapy,and conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy with high-performance and efficiency.For this,this article systematically elaborated the technical operation specifications around domestically innovative X/γ-ray integrated radiotherapy system,which aimed at formulating detailed and rigorous specification for synchronous dosage,irradiation for multi-target area,spatial segmentation,radiotherapy with temporal and spatial segmentation,and the technique with adaptive radiotherapy from selection for indication,simulated positioning,outline and assessment for target area and organ,design of treatment plan,and implementation of radiotherapy,thus to ensure the advantages of system can be full realized in clinical applications,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment,and promote the widespread application of domestic radiotherapy technique in clinical practice.关键词
