基于"阴火伏络"论治前列腺癌雄激素剥夺并发症
Treatment of Prostate Cancer Castration Syndrome Based on the Theory of"Yin Fire Hidden in the Collateral"

Abstract
Androgen deprivation therapy is the basic treatment of medium and high-risk prostate cancer,and it runs through the whole process.However,while controlling the tumor,it will inevitably cause dysfunction of the body's nerves,immune system and endocrine system,which will result in a series of adverse reactions such as fatigue,hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,cognitive disorder,hypogonadism and so on,which is collectively called prostate cancer castration syndrome.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.In this paper,by reviewing the"Yin fire theory"and"collateral disease theory",combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of men's"essence chamber collateral",we propose that prostate cancer castration syndrome is caused by Yin fire hidden in the men's essence chamber collateral,and the main mechanism of the disease is loss of transportation of the spleen and stomach,disharmony of the five viscera,and loss of communication of the collaterals.Treatment should be on the principle of strengthening vital Qi and detoxifying,be based on tonifying the spleen and stomach,reducing Yin fire,rising Yang,tonifying the five viscera,regulating Qi and blood,detoxification and anticancer,using medicine precisely and tailoring to the mechanism of the disease.At the same time,focus on body and spirit,and smooth the mood,in order to restore the balance of Yin and Yang,nourish and clear the collaterals.关键词
