摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the safety of Xiao'er Fengreqing by acute toxicity test and repeated toxicity test in juvenile SD rats.Methods In the acute toxicity test,the maximum dose(120 g/kg)was used to observe the toxic reaction in rats.The toxicity test of repeated administration was divided into three groups:low,middle,and high Xiao'er Fengreqing group(12 g/kg、30 g/kg、60 g/kg).The juvenile rats were given gastric gavage continuously for 30 days,and the recovery period was 3 weeks,the indexes included general state,body weight,organ coefficient,hematological index,blood biochemical index,hormone index,and pathological section.Results In the acute toxicity test,there were no obvious toxic or side effects related to the tested drug at the dose of 120 g/kg.In the repeated dose toxicity test,there were no obvious toxic changes related to the tested drugs.Conclusion Xiao'er Fengreqing showed no obvious acute toxicity in juvenile rats at a dose of 120 g/kg(equivalent to 100 times the clinical dose),and no obvious toxic reactions were observed after repeated administration for 30 days at a dose of 30 g/kg(equivalent to 25 times the clinical dose).
