实验小鼠常用腧穴定位研究
Research on the Localization of Commonly Used Acupoints in Mice

Abstract
Objective The precise localization of acupoints in mice significantly influences research outcomes.This study aims to explore a simpler and more accurate method for locating acupoints,providing a reference for standardizing acupoint positioning in mice.Methods C57BL/6J mice of different ages were selected for the study.Distances between palpable major anatomical landmarks were compared across these mice,and existing acupoint localization methods were summarized and reviewed.Results Current methods for locating acupoints in mice are primarily based on anatomical landmarks.These methods include localization using absolute distances or the bone-length proportional measurement.Key landmarks and localization methods for C57BL/6J mice included T2(the most prominent thoracic vertebra),T5(inferior angle of the scapula),T13(palpated cranially from the 13th floating rib),S2(palpable prominent in the lumbosacral region),and S6(hip joint).The comparison of distances between various body surface landmarks on the limbs and trunk of 9-week-old and 13-week-old mice showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Current research on the local and deep anatomical structures of acupoints in mice remains insufficient.This study attempts to update and summarize acupoint localization by referencing the body surface landmarks of mice.关键词
