枣实生后代花性状变异及其特异种质初选研究
Study on the variation of flower traits in the progeny of jujube seedlings and the primary selection of specific germplasms

Abstract
In order to explore the segregation and variation characteristics of flower traits in the progeny of jujube seedlings and provide a theoretical basis for parental selection in jujube breeding,112 germplasms from two progeny populations of'Dongzao'and'Yuhong'jujube seedlings were used as research materials.Five traits,including the hanging rate of fruiting branches,the number of inflorescences on fruiting branches,the number of flowers in inflorescences,pollen viability,and the amount of pollen per anther,were investigated and measured.The variation laws of each trait were analyzed,and excellent germplasm resources were screened.The results showed that there was a relatively wide segregation phenomenon in the five flower traits of the two progeny populations of jujube seedlings,and the coefficient of variation ranged from 11.48%to 87.72%.Among them,the variation range of pollen viability in the progeny of'Yuhong'was the widest,ranging from 1.74%to 69.49%.The coefficient of variation of the amount of pollen per anther in the progeny of'Dongzao'seedlings was 81.04%.The hanging rate of fruiting branches and the number of inflorescences on fruiting branches in the progeny of'Dongzao'and'Yuhong'seedlings both conformed to the normal distribution.In addition,the amount of pollen per anther and pollen viability of some plant lines in the progeny of'Dongzao'were relatively low,and some plant lines had no pollen,showing pollen abortion,indicating that male sterile germplasms would appear in the progeny of'Dongzao'.Through screening,7 male sterile resources were obtained from the progeny of'Dongzao'seedlings,and 1 resource with a large amount of pollen was obtained from the progeny of'Yuhong'seedlings,with the amount of pollen per anther being 4,728.57 grains.In summary,the selected specific germplasms have enriched the breeding materials of jujube to a certain extent and provided a reference basis for subsequent jujube tree breeding.关键词
