Discussion on the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with the Method of Unblocking Yang,Resolving Phlegm,and Dispersing Masses Based on the"Abdominal Mass"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is the leading cause of death worldwide and poses a serious threat to the health of the Chinese population.Based on previous scholars'experience and years of clinical practice,the authors propose that the essence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease lies in the localized plaque formation as an"abdominal mass".From the perspective of the"abdominal mass"theory,this article explores the pathogenesis and treatment principles of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.The authors believe that one of the core mechanisms of the disease is obstruction of chest Yang and accumulation of phlegm and masses.Therefore,the clinical treatment principle focuses on unblocking Yang,resolving phlegm,and dispersing masses.The foundational formula used is Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling pill,with modifications or additional formulas applied according to the patient's specific condition.关键词
