卷绕式全柔性太阳翼的有限元建模及固有特性分析
Finite element modeling and natural characteristics analysis of roll-out solar array
摘要
Abstract
As a novel flexible solar array developed in recent years,the roll-out solar array(ROSA)has the advantages of light weight,high storage ratio and repeatable expansion and contraction.However,detrimental issues including excessive deformation and persistent vibration are frequently induced by large structural span and low stiffness of ROSA.To analyze and predict the vibration characteristics of this kind of structure,a parametric finite element modeling method of ROSA simulation specimen was established using ANSYS software,incorporating precise geometric configurations of all components.Specifically,preload force in tension cables coupled with flexible integrated modular blanket assembly was directly introduced through defining truss element internal stress of the element.The deformation stress was equivalently introduced at the end segment of the composite thin lenticular tube through modeling with surface effect element.Additionally,the mass variation of drive motor and composite thin lenticular tube during extension and contraction of ROSA was simulated using the virtual material method.A case study was conducted using the full-field digital camera vibration measuring system to obtain the inherent characteristics of the experimental component under hoisting conditions.The first five natural characteristics obtained from the finite element model solution were compared with the experimental results.The influence of pretension force of tension cables,deployment length of ROSA,layup angle of the outer carbon fiber in the composite thin lenticular tube,and adhesive layer thickness on the inherent structural characteristics of ROSA were analyzed using this dynamic model,and their effects on the overall structural performance were explored.The results show that the maximum deviation of 4.690%is demonstrated between the first five natural frequencies obtained from the finite element model and experimental result,thereby validating model accuracy.These findings provide critical guidance for practical structural design of the ROSA.关键词
