中医古籍中温脾汤"寒温补下"药物配比与应用研究
Research on the Drug Proportioning and Application of"Cold-Warming-Tonifying-Purging"in Wenpi Decoction from Traditional Chinese Medical Classics

Abstract
Wenpi decoction,first recorded in Xiao Pin Fang,skillfully combines"cold,warming,tonifying,and purging"properties with precise compatibility.A review of ancient texts reveals that the formula was initially used to treat dysentery caused by cold stagnation in the stomach and intestines,with Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)employed to eliminate accumulations.Starting with Sun Simiao,the formula was categorized under"heat-type dysentery",and Dahuang was added near the end of decoction to enhance its heat-clearing effects,marking the beginning of flexible clinical application by physicians.Later practitioners,building on Sun Simiao's modifications,applied the formula with varying dosage ratios to four syndrome patterns:cold-heat complex syndrome,spleen deficiency with cold accumulation syndrome,internal excess-cold syndrome,and intestinal accumulation with stagnant heat syndrome.This study demonstrates that"formula-syndrome correspondence"not only refers to the alignment of formula composition with the syndrome but also requires the drug proportions and the overall action tendency of the formula to match the syndrome.Only in this way can the goal of"drugs directly targeting the disease source",as discussed by Sun Simiao,be achieved.关键词
