Robust optimal dispatch considering multi-energy synergy and energy-carbon co-pricing mechanisms

Abstract
A robust optimization-based scheduling method for integrated energy systems(IES)that synergizes multi-energy complementary with energy-carbon coordinated pricing strategy was proposed.Firstly,an IES architecture with coordinated electricity-heat-gas energy supply was developed,where the energy service provider(ESP)incorporates wind power and other renewable sources to establish a complementary energy supply system.An innovative two-stage robust optimization model embedding energy-carbon integrated pricing mechanism was formulated at the upper level.Secondly,a lower-level demand response model based on price elasticity theory was established to characterize the dynamic correlation between user consumption behavior and market price fluctuations.A Stackelberg game framework with ESP as the leader and user groups as followers was constructed to reveal the bidirectional interaction mechanism between pricing strategies and consumption behaviors.For solution methodology,the column-and-constraint generation(CCG)algorithm was employed to address renewable energy uncertainty,ensuring decision robustness under worst-case scenarios.The results show that the case demonstrates that the proposed method maintains system stability under extreme scenarios with 20%renewable energy penetration,while achieving 11.8%carbon emission reduction through the energy-carbon coordination mechanism compared to conventional models,effectively validating the environmental benefits and engineering applicability of the proposed approach.关键词
