化学防治和生物防治对沃柑采后贮藏品质的影响
Effects of chemical control and biological control on the post-harvest storage quality of'Orah'

Abstract
Chemical control is the mainstay of pest and disease management in'Orah'orchards,but biological control is gradually gaining attention as a green alternative as consumers become more health-conscious.In order to investigate the effects of chemicdal control and biological control in pre-harvest orchards on the post-harvest storage quality of'Orah'fruits,the differences in the appearance and internal quality of'Orah'fruits during post-harvest storage under two control methods were analyzed.The results showed that under chemical control,the pericarp of'Orah'was more likely to turn red during storage,and the a*value and CI value of its pericarp color difference index were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those under biological control;while the b*value,L*value and weight loss rate of the pericarp were significantly or extremely significantly lower than those under biological control;the contents of soluble solids,titratable acids and vitamin C were all lower than those under biological control,and only the difference in the content of soluble solids in fruits reached a significant or highly significant level in the later stage of storage.The edible rate,total flavonoid content and total phenol content of the fruits showed fluctuating changes during storage,and the differences between the two control methods were not significant.In summary,the fruits of'Orah'under chemical control had better color and were less likely to lose water during storage,while the fruits under biological control had better internal quality during storage.关键词
