摘要
Abstract
This study focuses on three types of elderly individuals:those capable of self-care,those requiring assistance, and those needing full nursing care.It analyzes their physiological, psychological, and behavioral characteristics,as well as potential risks in kitchen environments. The research classifies age-appropriate smart kitchens into three categories:autonomous,service-oriented,and protective.Integrating the tripartite coordination theory of"demand-technology-environment,"it explores and proposes a demand-environment and matching-elements model for smart kitchens tailored to different elderly users across four layers:safety protection, functional autonomy, social participation, and self-actualization.The aim is to enhance the user experience of elderly individuals in smart kitchens.关键词
