Abstract
This paper proposes a temperature optimization scheme based on PID Smith composite control to address the time delay characteristics and limitations of traditional PID control in temperature control of steam hot water heat exchangers.With the help of MATLAB/Simulink platform,simulation experiments were carried out,and the results showed that the designed PID Smith composite control system,compared with the traditional PID control,reduced the adjustment time in the step response by more than 40%,the overshoot was reduced to less than 5%,and the recovery time to external disturbances was reduced by 35%,showing better dynamic response speed,steady-state accuracy and anti-interference robustness.The research provides a practical solution for high-precision temperature control of steam hot water heat exchangers,and in the future,intelligent optimization algorithms can be combined to further improve the parameter self-tuning ability.关键词
