Abstract
Aiming at the relatively intractable shrinkage cavity and blowhole defects in ZL105 aluminum alloy castings,based on the theory of sequential solidification,auxiliary ingates were used to connect the feeders and runners,increasing the feeder temperatures and reducing the heat of the casting,which effectively improved the sequential solidification effect.Simultaneously,based on the bifilm oxide theory,through optimizing the ingate design,improving the flow behavior of molten metal and reducing the generation of gas entrapment,which effectively avoided the formation of shrinkage cavity defect.关键词
