农耕文化资源融入学生党支部建设的价值与路径

Abstract
The spiritual core of farming culture-being rooted in the earth,hard work and struggle,the unity of knowledge and action,and serving with dedication-serves as a valuable resource for the ideological development of Party branches,providing value orientation and spiritual motivation for fulfilling their role as strongholds.Based on on-site research on the School of Animal Science and Technology of Guangxi Vocational University of Agriculture,the report examines the value,current situation,difficulties and reasons for the integration of agricultural cultural resources into the construction of student Party branches.It aims to systematically sort out the effectiveness and shortcomings of its integration practice and deeply analyze the challenges faced by it,and based on this,build a set of operable and replicable optimization path system,establish a sustainable guarantee mechanism,and provide reference for agricultural universities to cultivate new agricultural talents with"one understanding and two love".关键词
