模拟苏打碱处理对不同品种大豆抗逆性比较研究

Abstract
Soil salinization is becoming increasingly serious.It has seriously affected food production and security in many aspects.It is urgent to improve soil salinization.Soybean seedlings after growing for 2 weeks were taken to simulate a soda soil environment.After the seedlings of wild soybean,No.9316,No.97 and Bainong 6 were treated with equal molar Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 alkali solutions for 72 hours,the leaves and roots of the four soybeans were taken to detect proline in the materials Four physiological indicators:Proline(PRO)content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,catalase(CAT)activity,and total antioxidant capacity.After statistical analysis,the results showed that there were significant differences in salt tolerance among different soybean varieties and different parts.The MDA content and PRO content in leaves increased with the increase of stress solution concentration;except for CAT enzyme activity in No.9316,the MDA of the other three soybeans decreased with the increase of stress solution concentration;the total antioxidant enzyme capacity of Zhongye Soybean and No.9316 decreased first and then increased with the increase of stress solution concentration,while No.97 and Bainong 6 increased with the increase of stress solution concentration.CAT and PRO contents in roots increased with the increase of stress solution concentration,while MDA and total antioxidant capacity decreased with the increase of stress solution concentration.Through the above analysis,among the four soybean varieties,9316 has higher MDA and PRO content,stronger CAT activity,and stronger total antioxidant capacity.Compared with the other three soybean varieties,its salt tolerance is stronger,and its stress resistance effect is the best.关键词
