Research on Synergistic Governance of Near-Natural Design and Maintenance in Urban Greening:A Case Study of Pocket Parks in Yueyang City

Abstract
As a crucial component of urban renewal and carbon sink enhancement,pocket parks,characterized by their fragmented nature and frequent use,serve as a natural testing ground for the"near-naturalization"concept.Yueyang City has adopted pocket parks as a key initiative to explore a collaborative governance model integrating near-naturalized maintenance with design,addressing the challenges of high energy consumption,carbon emissions,and low biodiversity in traditional urban greening management.Research demonstrates that near-naturalized maintenance in small-scale green spaces not only reduces labor and financial costs but also enhances ecological stability.The coordinated governance approach through collaboration among government agencies,communities,maintenance enterprises,and residents maximizes both economic and social benefits.关键词
