摘要

Abstract

The ProCAST software was used to numarically simulate the casting process of ZG08Cr9W3Co3VNbNB cylinder block casting and predict the shrinkage and shrinkage porosity defects under different calculation modes.By using of ultrasonic flaw detection and dissecting test,the distribution positions of the shrinkage and shrinkage porosities were obtained,and the microstructures of the shrinkage porosities were observed and analyzed.Finally,the optimization measures for the process design of the test casting are put forward.
