"赛教融合"视角下农业类高职院校学生返乡就业实践探索

Abstract
Rural revitalization relies heavily on talent support,and agricultural vocational colleges serve as the main channel for cultivating such talent.However,the persistent challenges of graduates'reluctance to return to rural areas,their inability to integrate effectively,and their high turnover rates remain prominent.Based on frontline experience in career guidance at Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture,this study addresses three core dilemmas:graduates'unwillingness to return,skills mismatch,and difficulties in long-term retention.Guided by career construction theory,we have developed a"competition-teaching integration"model,implemented through a three-tier pathway:macro-level policy adaptation,meso-level curriculum restructuring,and micro-level narrative empowerment.By embedding standards and concepts from national career planning competitions(e.g.,the National Career Planning Contest for College Students)into the entire talent cultivation process,this model effectively resolves key issues such as insufficient motivation,skill mismatches,and weak professional identity among students returning to rural areas.Empirical evidence demonstrates that the model significantly enhances students'willingness to work in rural areas,their job competence,and their sense of professional belonging.This approach provides a transferable paradigm for similar institutions to address the challenge of talent retention in rural revitalization contexts.关键词
