Abstract
To address the problems of casting defects such as metallic projection,orange peel,and other defects in the rounded corner areas of the investment casting titanium alloy products using photosensitive resin patterns,through analyzing the principles and features of the existing process,and applying the methods of increasing the rounded corners or adding low-temperature wax isolation layers at key positions,the phenomenon,the face coat falling off when dewaxing of ceramic mold shell used for casting being carried out,leading to appear surface defects on the rounded corners of the castings,was effectively eliminated,and the surface quality of titanium alloy castings had been significantly improved.关键词
