Abstract
[Objective]To explore and summarize Professor XU Guangxing's clinical experience in treating pancreatic cancer based on the theory of"body fluids and blood stasis mixing".[Methods]Based on the review of the theory of"body fluids and blood stasis mixing"in traditional Chinese medical literature,by consulting contemporary literature,learning by shadowing doctors,sorting out relevant medical cases,and combined with Professor XU Guangxing's understanding of pancreatic cancer,this paper summarizes Professor XU Guangxing's experience in diagnosing and treating pancreatic cancer based on the theory of"body fluids and blood stasis mixing"in terms of theoretical connotation,etiology and pathogenesis,and diagnostic and therapeutic ideas.A medical case is attached for verification.[Results]It is pointed out that"body fluids and blood stasis mixing"is the pathological state of phlegm,dampness and blood stasis agglutination.It is considered that the development of pancreatic cancer can be divided into two stages:the gradual deficiency of Qi and blood,the gradual emergence of phlegm,dampness and blood stasis,and the significant weakness of the body's healthy energy,the mixing of body fluids and blood stasis.The treatment concepts include tonifying Qi and blood to strengthen the body's vital energy so that the phlegm,dampness and blood stasis will not be generated;transforming phlegm,dampness and blood stasis to get rid of pathogenic factors in order to gradually eliminate the tumor;and relieving the syndrome according to their urgency and severity for the purpose of facilitating the subsequent treatment.The attached medical case concerned a patient with multiple metastases of pancreatic cancer.The case was diagnosed according to the theory of"body fluids and blood stasis mixing"as a deficiency of both Qi and blood with phlegm and blood stasis mutually entangled.The treatment plan was to tonify Qi and blood,expel pathogenic turbidity,invigorate blood circulation,resolve phlegm and disperse nodules.[Conclusion]Professor XU Guangxing's treatment of pancreatic cancer based on the theory of"body fluids and blood stasis mixing"has yielded remarkable therapeutic outcomes,which is worthy of clinical reference and study.关键词
