基于"阳微阴弦"理论探讨通阳法论治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定性心绞痛
Explore the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease with Tongyang Method Based on the"Feeble Yang and Tight Yin"Theory

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the clinical application of Tongyang(stretching Yang)method in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease based on the theory of"feeble Yang and tight Yin".[Methods]Taking the core connotation of the"feeble Yang and tight Yin"theory as the entry point,this paper systematically reviews relevant literature from ancient and modern times,analyzes the intrinsic connection between this theory and the pathological mechanism of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease,explains the therapeutic principle ideas of the"Tongyang"method,and elaborates its clinical application in the treatment of chest pain from three dimensions:relieving stagnation to promote circulation,clearing turbidity to promote circulation and dispersing blockages to promote circulation,supplemented by a medical case as evidence.[Results]Stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease falls in the category of"chest pain"in traditional Chinese medicine.The core pathogenesis is"feeble Yang and tight Yin",which is specifically manifested as insufficiency of heart Yang,upward invasion of turbid pathogenic factors,stagnation of heart Yang and obstruction of the heart meridian,thereby inducing chest pain.In clinical practice,the principle of promoting Yang circulation is adopted.For chest pain caused by Qi stagnation and cold coagulation,the method of promoting Yang circulation by relieving stagnation is used;for chest pain caused by phlegm and turbidity stagnation,the method of promoting Yang circulation by clearing turbidity is applied;and for chest pain caused by blood stasis blocking the heart meridian,the method of dispersing blockages and promoting Yang circulation is applied.The disease is treated from the above three aspects.And a clinical case was presented,based on the foundation of dredging the Yang,combined with regulating Qi,purging turbidity and promoting blood circulation,and removing blood stasis,the patient's condition was significantly improved.[Conclusion]Guided by the theory of"feeble Yang and tight Yin",the application of the method of promoting Yang circulation in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can achieve remarkable therapeutic effects and has high clinical application value,providing a new treatment idea for clinical practice.关键词
