2022-2024年江西省部分地区猪场猪伪狂犬病、猪瘟及猪繁殖与呼吸综合征流行病学调查与分析
Epidemiological investigation and analysis of Pseudorabies,Classical Swine Fever and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome in pig farms in partial regions of Jiangxi province from 2022 to 2024

Abstract
In order to understand the occurrence of three major viral diseases,Pseudorabies(PR),Classical Swine Fever(CSF),and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome(PRRS)in some areas of Jiangxi Province from 2022 to 2024,The research results can grasp the epidemic situation of the diseases,and provide reference for adjusting the vaccine prevention and control plans for the three major viral diseases in pig farms.2256 diseased samples and 5120 serum samples were randomly collected from pig farms in the southern,northern,and western regions of Jiangxi Province.Real time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-PCR)and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were used to detect three pathogenic antigens and antibodies.The antibody test results showed that the average positive rates of PRV gE,PRV gB,PRRSV,and CSFV antibodies were 21.67%,83.24%,78.42%,and 84.43%,respectively.The immune antibodies exceeded the standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,and the average positive rate of PRRSV antibodies showed a decreasing trend year by year.The pathogen detection results showed that the average positive rates of PRV,PRRSV,and CSFV pathogens were 12.32%,36.66%,and 8.55%,respectively.PRV and PRRSV infections are common,and PRV/PRRSV dual infections account for a large proportion,with the highest positive rate reaching 6.07%.Among pig populations at different growth stages,conservation pigs have the highest positive rate of PRRSV infection,while suckling piglets have the highest positive rate of PRV infection.The results indicate that there have been some changes in the prevalence of certain viral diseases in pig farms in some areas of Jiangxi Province,which are still within a preventable and controllable range.However,there is still a potential risk of PRRSV and PRV infection in pig herds.关键词
