白云石煅烧分解产物组成及活性转变研究
Study on Composition and Activity Transformation of Dolomite Calcination Decomposition Products

Abstract
The thermal decomposition products of dolomite at different temperatures were obtained by calcining raw dolomite.Through characterizing the decomposition products of dolomite by using of TG-DTA,XRD,FTIR and SEM,the changes of product composition and activity during the decomposition process of the dolomite were studied,and the crystal structure transition of the dolomite during calcining process was investigated.The results show that the decomposition of dolomite can be divided into MgCO3 decomposition,small amount of CaCO3 decomposition and a great deal of CaCO3 decomposition stages under the calcination condition of 10℃/min.The decomposition of dolomite begins at about 800℃,and the decomposition products are MgO and CaCO3,the active content of MgO in decomposition products increases with the increasing of calcination temperature,and the active MgO content can reach 15.78%.In the stage of small amount of CaCO3 decomposition,the decomposition products are MgO,CaCO3 and a small amount of CaO,and the active contents of the decomposition products are about 20%-23.78%.After a great quantity of CaCO3 is decomposed,the active contents in the decomposition products increase sharply,and the active oxide content can be more than 50%,finally the dolomite is completely decomposed into CaO and MgO.关键词
