61例急性获得性共同性内斜视患者临床特征观察
Analysis of the clinical characteristics in 61 patients with acute acquired comitant esotropia

Abstract
Objective To characterize the clinical profiles of 61 patients with acute acquired comitant esotropia(AACE)and to evaluate differences by age and esodeviation angle,to aid in diagnosis and treatment.Methods A retro-spective analysis was conducted on 61 patients diagnosed with AACE.Data on gender,age of onset,refractive power,near and distance esodeviation,binocular visual function,and eye-use habits were collected and statistically analyzed.Results Of the 61 patients,the median near esodeviation was 40(30,82.5)PD,and the median distance esodeviation was 50(30,80)PD.No statistically significant difference was found between near and distance esodeviations(P＞0.05).Some patients reported poor eye-use habits,including prolonged near-work with improper pen-holding and reading distances.Significant differences were observed between adolescent and adult groups in disease duration,refractive distri-bution,and spherical equivalent(P＜0.05).Furthermore,differences in binocular visual function and treatment approach were noted among patients with varying esodeviation angles(P＜0.05).Conclusions AACE presents across all ages and refractive states,with poor eye habits as a potential risk factor.Disease duration and refractive status are age-dependent.No clinically significant difference was observed between the near and distance esodeviations,and the esodevia-tion angle is a key determinant for functional impairment and therapeutic strategy.关键词
