孕妇B族链球菌感染与新生儿视网膜病变的相关性分析
Analysis of correlation between group B streptococcus infection in pregnant women and retinopathy in newbo-rns

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between Group B streptococcal infection(GBS)in pregnant women and neonatal retinopathy.Methods 40 pregnant women with GBS infection and their newborns admitted to our hospi-tal from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the study group,and 40 pregnant women without GBS infection and their newborns were included as the control group,and the clinical data of the two groups were compared.Fundus examination was performed on the newborns of the study group and the control group,and the incidence of retinopathy was compared between the two groups.Multifactor analysis was used to screen the risk factors of neonatal retinopathy.Results There were significant differences in gestational age,birth weight,pregnancy outcome(premature rupture of membranes,amniotic fluid contamination,preterm delivery,intrpartum fever),complications during pregnancy(gesta-tional diabetes),oxygen inhalation time and vaginal cleanliness grade between the two groups(P＜0.05).The total inci-dence and severity of neonatal retinopathy in the study group were different from those in the control group(P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that Gestational age(OR=6.328),birth weight(OR=3.951),premature rupture of membranes(OR=4.419),amniotic fluid contamination(OR=3.593),preterm birth(OR=6.284),puerperal infection(OR=3.931),gestational diabetes mellitus(OR=6.334),oxygen duration(OR=6.392),GBS infection(OR=6.449)was the main correlation factor of neonatal retinopathy(P＜0.05).Vaginal cleanliness grade Ⅰ to Ⅱ(OR=0.160)was a protective factor(P＜0.05).Conclusions GBS infection in pregnant women,small gestational age,low birth weight,prolonged oxygen inhalation,adverse pregnancy outcomes,gestational diabetes,and vaginal cleanliness grade are important factors affecting neonatal retinopathy.Clinical prevention and treatment should be taken to reduce the occurrence of neonatal retinopathy in patients with these symptoms.关键词
