不同屏幕亮度下手机视力检测平台与灯箱视力表的测量结果对比分析
Comparison and analysis of distance and near vision measurement results between mobile vision testing platforms at different screen brightness levels and illuminated vision chart

Abstract
Objective To verify the feasibility of a mobile phone vision testing platform as an alternative to the illu-minated vision chart.Methods One hundred and five subjects had their binocular vision tested using both a mobile phone(at 30%and 40%brightness)and an illuminated vision chart.Spearman correlation,ICC,Bland-Altman analysis,and regression analysis were used.Results For the 40%brightness group,r≥0.902,ICC=0.855,error-0.037 logMAR,95%LoA±0.18,with approximately 2.50%of data points outside the limits of agreement and no significant proportional bias;for the 30%brightness group,ICC=0.751,with more than 4.62%of data points outside the limits of agreement and significant proportional bias(P<0.001).The overall difference in vision between the mobile phone vision testing platform and the illuminated vision chart was negatively biased,unaffected by age,gender,spectacle wear,eye type,or bright-ness level.Conclusion At 40%screen brightness,the mobile phone vision testing platform can replace the illuminated vision chart.关键词
