散光类型与近视发生发展的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of astigmatism types and the development of myopia

Abstract
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of myopia and astigmatism in children and ado-lescents aged 3～18 in Liuzhou,China,with a focus on the correlation between astigmatism types and the occurrence and progression of myopia.Methods A cross-sectional study design was employed,enrolling 50850 students aged 3～18 in Liuzhou.All participants underwent distance visual acuity testing and non-cycloplegic autorefraction.Binary multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze risk factors for myopia,while multiple linear regression assessed the impact of astig-matism on spherical equivalent(SE).Results The overall prevalence of astigmatism was 35.69％,with the rule astigma-tism being the predominant type(72.23％).Multivariate regression analysis identified the rule astigmatism as an inde-pendent risk factor for myopia(OR=2.16,95％CI:2.06～2.27,P＜0.001).Linear regression confirmed an inde-pendent association between the rule astigmatism and lower SE values(P＜0.001).Trend analysis further revealed that the annual rate of SE decline was significantly faster in the the rule astigmatism group(-0.41D)compared to other astig-matism types(P＜0.001).Conclusion Astigmatism is an independent risk factor for myopia in children and adolescents,with the rule astigmatism being the predominant type.The rule astigmatism is significantly associated with lower SE val-ues.Astigmatism type should be considered a critical factor in myopia risk stratification and early intervention strategies.关键词
