基于数字孪生的码垛机械手设计及性能验证
Design and Performance Verification of Palletizing Manipulator Based on Digital Twin

Abstract
In order to optimize the operation state of the complete sets of electromechanical equipment,the digital twin technology is integrated with the operation process of the three-axis palletizing manipulator equipment,and the digital twin system of the three-axis palletizing manipulator is completed.Based on the requirements of palletizing operation,the development of mechanical structure and logic control system of three-axis palletizing manipulator is conducted,and the precise modeling of digital twin of three-axis palletizing manipulator is achieved based on Visual Components software.Based on the five-dimensional model of digital twin,the digital twin system of three-axis palletizing manipulator is constructed.Through the Siemens S7 communication protocol,the data exchange between the physical entity and the virtual model is realized,the visual online monitoring of the digital twin system of the three-axis palletizing manipulator is realized,and the digital twin performance of the three-axis palletizing manipulator is verified.Experiments show that the maximum linear speed of the conveyor belt is 70 mm/s,and the detection accuracy of the palletizing material is 98.89%,which can significantly improve the operation efficiency and palletizing accuracy of the equipment,and provide new horizons for the intelligent and automatic development of electromechanical equipment.关键词
