基于高稳固负极和正极补锂的安全长寿命锂电池研究
Research on Key Technologies for Lithium Iion Batteries with High Safety and Long Cycle Life for Energy Storage

Abstract
Lithium Iron Phosphate(LFP)batteries have become the preferred choice for energy storage batteries due to their excellent performance and low cost.However,there are still certain technological bottlenecks that need to be addressed in terms of energy density,cycle life,safety,etc.In response to the technological challenges of existing LFP batteries for energy storage,this study developed a high-safety and long-life LFP cell technology based on high stability negative and positive electrode lithium supplementation.By developing low-cost and high stability positive electrode lithium replenishment technology,a low lithium consumption and high stability negative electrode system has been constructed,and flame retardant nanofiber separator technology has been innovatively applied.Experimental results have shown that the energy storage LFP cells produced by this technology have significant advantages,with an energy density of up to 179.71 Wh/kg,exceeding the current industrial standard for single cell energy density(≥ 145 Wh/kg)by nearly 24 percentage points,and a cycle life of over 12 000 times.At the same time,the LFP battery has demonstrated excellent safety in extreme tests such as dropping,compression,and thermal runaway,with no risk of burning or explosion,achieving an effective combination of high energy density,high safety,and long lifespan,providing an important technological breakthrough for the application of energy storage.关键词
