The Impact of Business Environment on the Construction of a Unified National Market and Its Paths

Abstract
The business environment can stimulate the vitality of market entities,promote fair competition and the flow of factors,and drive the construction of a unified national market.By constructing an index system for the business environment and the level of construction of a unified national market,and using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the relationship between the business environment and the construction of a unified national market,the study finds that various elements of the business environment have significant impacts on the construction of a unified national market.The law environment,financial services,infrastructure,and market supply and demand as well as intermediary services are the core driving factors.The lack of core conditions such as policy openness,fairness,and justice,infrastructure conditions,administrative intervention,and administrative efficiency,as well as market supply and demand and intermediary services,are the main reasons hindering the construction of a unified national market.The government needs to establish a fair competitive market environment,optimize infrastructure conditions,reduce unnecessary administrative intervention,strengthen market supply and demand monitoring and regulation,and improve the intermediary service system to optimize the business environment,thereby improving market operation efficiency,promoting the construction of a unified national market,and providing strong support for the sustained and healthy development of the economy.关键词
