观赏石榴种质资源表型性状的遗传多样性分析
Genetic diversity analysis of phenotypic traits of ornamental pomegranate germplasm resources

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to understand the genetic diversity of ornamental pomegranates at the phenotypic level.[Method]Fifteen quality traits and 11 quantitative traits from 27 ornamental pomegranate germplasm samples were observed,the genetic diversity and correlation of each trait were evaluated,the main char-acteristic traits of ornamental pomegranates were extracted,and the systematic classification of each resource was clarified,with the aim of providing a reference for the identification and evaluation of ornamental pomegranate germplasm resources.[Result]The diversity indexes of 15 quality traits of 27 ornamental pomegranate varieties ranged from 0.31 to 1.82,with an average value of 0.78.The diversity indices of the 11 quantitative traits ranged from 0.62 to 2.10,with an average value of 1.73,indicating that the germplasm morphology of the 27 ornamental pomegranates tested was rich,and there was a large degree of genetic differentiation in each index.Among each trait,there were extremely significant correlations between the color of young leaves and the color of calyxes,as well as between the color of young leaves and the color of petals,with correlation coefficients all more than 0.8.In the principal component analysis,the cumulative contribution rate of the top three principal components was close to 50%.Among them,the characteristic vectors of flower shape,calyx color,petal color and young leaf color were all over 0.90,indicating that flower shape,calyx color,petal color and young leaf color were the main traits determining the phenotypic diversity of ornamental pomegranate germplasm resources.At a Euclidean distance of 16,27 ornamental pomegranate germplasm resources were classified into three major categories.The 14 varieties of Group Ⅰ mainly had red double-petaled flowers,exhibited the largest average corolla diameter and petal count,along with the fewest spines.All five varieties of Group II had white flowers and the young leaves were yellowish green in color,with the largest average leaf width and internode length.The eight varieties of Group III were all single-petaled red flowers and single-petaled bicolor flowers,with the smallest average number of petals,along with the largest average density of spines.[Conclusion]The research results provide an important basis for the variety identification,evaluation and genetic research of ornamental pomegranates,and offer a reference for the protection and utilization of their germplasm resources.关键词
