微生物在土壤有机碳储存中的贡献及其稳定作用
Microbial contribution to soil carbon storage and its stabilizing role

Abstract
[Significance]The soil organic carbon pool is the core carbon sink of terrestrial ecosystems,and its dynamic changes directly affect global climate change and sustainable agricultural development.It is of great significance to understand the transformation and stabilization mechanisms of soil organic carbon for enhancing its carbon sequestration capacity and formulating scientific carbon sequestration strategies.[Progress]In this pa-per,we systematically summarized the important role of microorganisms in soil carbon storage and stability.Firstly,the understanding and theoretical mechanisms of soil organic carbon were sorted out,and the contribution of major microbial groups to soil carbon storage was summarized.Secondly,the contribution of microorganisms to soil carbon storage was emphasized from the intermicrobial and microbe-plant interactions.Finally,it is con-cluded that microorganisms regulate the stability of soil organic carbon through three pathways:biochemical re-fractory decomposition,mineral protection,and aggregate protection.[Prospect]Microorganisms and their resi-dues are essential for soil carbon storage and stability,but due to the complexity of soil environmental conditions,there remain many uncertainties.Future research should focus on multidisciplinary interdisciplinary integration and construct a microbial core soil carbon storage regulation technology system from a comprehensive perspective,in order to better manage soil carbon sequestration and achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.关键词
