牡丹籽油响应面优化超声辅助提取及其抗氧化活性研究
Response surface optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of peony seed oil and its antioxidant activities

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to optimize the extraction process of peony seed oil and investigate the antioxidant activity and anti-ultraviolet radiation effects of'Fudan 1'oil peony seed oil.[Method]An innova-tive Soxhlet-ultrasonic assisted combined extraction technique was employed,involving initial Soxhlet extraction followed by response surface-optimized ultrasonic-assisted extraction of the residual peony seed powder.On this basis,using Vitamin C as a control,ultraviolet spectrophotometry was adopted to conduct DPPH antioxidant and ABTS free radical scavenging assays on'Fudan 1'peony seed oil,'Fengdan'peony seed oil,and olive oil,with comprehensive analysis of free radical scavenging rates and ultraviolet radiation protection effects of the samples.[Result]Optimized extraction conditions via response surface methodology were determined as:ultrasonic power of 217.11 W,ultrasonic duration of 27.73 min,and liquid-to-material ratio of 26.31∶1.Under these conditions,the combined extraction yield of'Fudan 1'peony seed oil reached 43.17%.The extracted'Fudan 1'seed oil demonstrated superior DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging capacities compared to control peony seed oil and olive oil,along with notable ultraviolet radiation protection effects.[Conclusion]The cable-ultrasound-assisted coupling technology optimized the extraction process of peony seed oil,and the extracted'Fudan 1'peony seed oil has superior antioxidant and UV radiation protection effects.关键词
