摘要

Abstract

As an international health food,edible and medicinal fungi is high in protein,low in fat and calories,and contains a variety of nu-tritional elements required by the human body.It is a high-quality food with both meat and vegetables.With the rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology,researchers have gradually improved the genome sequencing of different species,which has provided rich data resources for functional genomics research.Currently,functional genomics plays a significant role in the selection and breeding of animal and plant varieties,being a popular approach in molecular breeding research.The research of edible and medicinal fungi in gene sequencing,gene function analysis and metabolic product function mining has been gradually carried out.However,because of the late start,there have been no reports on the selection of excellent new varieties using molecular breeding methods and their actual production.Therefore,the in-depth study of functional genomics makes the mechanism of the growth and metabolism of edible and medicinal fungi clearer,and provides gene resources and technique basis for molecular design breeding and efficient synthesis of key metabolites of edible and medicinal fungi.This paper reviews the functional genomics of edible and medicinal fungi and its application in strain identification and improvement.It also pros-pects the future development direction of molecular breeding in edible and medicinal fungi,aiming to provide a useful reference for the further development and utilization of edible and medicinal fungi and future research.
