大花蕙兰与春兰杂交后代表型性状遗传倾向和混合遗传分析
Genetic Tendency and Mixed Genetic Analysis of Ornamental Traits in Filial Generation of Cymbidium and Cymbidium goeringii

Abstract
Using F1 progeny from a hybrid between Cymbidium"875"and Cymbidium goeringii"Maoze Shuixian"to analyze phenotypic traits based on a major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model.The results showed that in the F1 population,the 11 phenotypic phenotypic traits were extensively isolated,with a coefficient of variation ranging from 10.31%to 31.16%.With the exception of leaf length,all other traits'mid-parent heterotic values demonstrated a significant difference at the 0.01 level.The heterobeltiosis values for the flower transverse diameter,flow-er longitudinal diameter,middle sepal length and middle sepal width were all significantly different at the 0.01 level.Leaf length,leaf width,flower arrow length,flower longitudinal diameter,and labellum length were all dominated by two pairs of additive-dominant major genes.The heritability of major genes was 99.79%,98.45%,12.66%,98.61%and 96.10%,respectively.The trait of middle sepal length,middle sepal width,and labellum width were dominated by two pairs of additive major genes.Major genes had heritabilities of 74.53%,43.25%,and 89.06%,respectively.The optimal models for transverse diameter,lateral sepal length and lateral sepal width were two pairs of additive-dominant-epistat-ic,two equal additive,and one pair of additive-dominant major gene models,with heritability of major genes at 96.99%,65.82%,and 89.06%,respectively.This study explores the heredity laws of important traits in the interspecific cross generation of Cymbidium,providing theoretical ref-erences for the selection of parents and breeding of new varieties in orchid.关键词
