苯并噻唑类荧光探针N-BPA在苦味酸检测中的应用

Abstract
A new fluorescent probe N-BPA was synthesized based on the parent nucleus 2-methyl-benzothiazole by nitrifi-cation,catalytic hydrogenation,Sonogashira coupling,and Knoevenagel condensation reaction.The fluorescence properties of N-BPA were discussed.The spectral property study found that the probe molecule has a large Stokes shift of 148 nm,which ef-fectively avoids self-quenching during the probe imaging process,and a high fitting binding constant of 1.285×104 L/mol,indi-cating that the binding of the probe molecule and picric acid is significantly enhanced with the increase of concentration,and the detection limit can reach 5.42 × 10-4 mol/L.And other common nitro compounds did not significantly interfere with it,the fluorescent probe has a good picric acid recognition ability without disturbing by other common nitro compounds.关键词
