科研思维融入微生物学探究性实验的教学探索
Pedagogical Exploration of Integrating Scientific Thinking into Microbiology Inquiry-Based Experiments

Abstract
In the context of the big data era,interdisciplinary integration is deepening,posing greater demands for culti-vating innovation capabilities among university students.In response to the shortcomings of traditional microbiology experi-ment teaching models,such as insufficient practical skills and inadequate training in critical thinking among students,this study proposes an inquiry-based microbiology experiment teaching model and a corresponding competency development path-way.Using the isolation of plant endophytic fungi as an example,the model guides students to participate in the entire process of literature review,experimental design,and data analysis.It effectively integrates core microbiology laboratory skills train-ing with the cultivation of scientific research thinking.Consequently,it significantly enhances students' systematic logical rea-soning and innovation abilities.This teaching approach offers a practical path for fostering innovative talent in the field of mi-crobiology.关键词
