论生态产品价值实现的法治保障
Research on the Legal Guarantee for the Realization of the Value of Ecological Products:A Case Study of the"Forest Ecological Bank"in Nanping,Fujian Province

Abstract
The realization of the value of ecological products is an important measure to grasp and practice the concept of"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",and it is necessary and long-term to lead the realization of the value of ecological products with the rule of law.As a typical representative of the realization of the value of ecological products,the"Forest Ecological Bank"in Nanping,Fujian Province,draws on the bank's operation model of"decentralized input and centralized output"to integrate and upgrade fragmented forest resources into high-quality ecological products,so that the value of ecological products can be successfully realized.However,in the practice of"forest ecological bank"in Nanping,many legal problems in the process of realizing the value of ecological products in China have also been exposed,such as the uneven distribution of the property rights and interests of the supply subjects of ecological products,the lag of the pricing mechanism of the current transaction price of ecological products,and the imperfect regulatory mechanism for the realization of the value of ecological products.Therefore,it is an important measure to strengthen the protection mechanism of the property rights and interests of the supply subjects of ecological products,improve the mixed pricing mechanism of ecological products,and optimize the supervision mechanism for the realization of the value of ecological products.关键词
