Capacity optimization configuration of user-side electro-hydrogen shared energy storage considering distribution network partitioning

Abstract
Configuring shared energy storage in distribution network systems with high-penetration distributed generation can effectively aggregate dispersed resources and enhance overall system flexibility.To address the capacity mismatch and cost increase problems resulting from the unreasonable partitioning of shared energy storage users,a user-side electro-hydrogen shared energy storage capacity configuration method based on cluster partitioning was proposed.Cluster partitioning was used to enable partitioned management of the distribution network,optimizing shared energy storage capacity configuration per partition.Firstly,a four-dimensional comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed,incorporating active/reactive power balance degree,modularity,and connectivity;a genetic algorithm was employed to perform distribution network partitioning considering electrical characteristics and topological structures.Secondly,a third-party investment shared energy storage trading framework was constructed,and a Stackelberg game bi-level optimization model between operators and users was established,introducing Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)optimality conditions and complementary slackness linearization methods to improve solving efficiency.Finally,case simulations were conducted based on the IEEE 33-node distribution network.Results show that the proposed method improves economic benefits for users and operators,enhances distribution network power quality,and validates the effectiveness of the proposed partitioning strategy and bi-level optimization model.关键词
