Abstract
Aiming at the problems of complex great damage to formation permeability of traditional chemical sand consolidation agent,and weak adsorption capacity and short validity of polymer sand control agent,the interaction energy between the polymer of sand control agent and silica was determined through molecular simulation.amide group modified polyamide sand control agent was prepared by using urea.The structure characterization and performance test of product were completed.This modified sand control agent with amino group and cationic group which adsorbs with the reservior particles by lots of hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interaction,The molecular simulation results show that the interaction energy between the modified sand control agent and silica is approximately 1.39 times that of the unmodified sand control agent,then form the stable,uniform and porous hydrogen bond forms.The sand con-trol agent fasten fine-siltstone or clay particles in normal position.The evaluation of the modified sand control agent shows that the agent has good sand control effect on the particles with different particle sizes.The erosion resistance of the agent reaches 6 000 mL/h,and is much higher than that of common sand inhibitor 900 mL/h.The effect of in-situ fixing fines in deep reservoirs is remarkable.The modified sand control agent system has been used in 60 wells,achieving an effective rate of 95%with satisfactory result.关键词
