Deployment of innovation chain around industrial chain:Perspective of high-tech industry development
摘要
Abstract
High-tech industries have emerged as a pivotal pillar underpinning economic and social development,with local innovation investment serving as a crucial lever for fostering their growth.Drawing upon manually collected data spanning from 2010 to 2021 on the number of high-tech enterprises in cities and the total industrial output value of high-tech industrial development zones,this study examines the impact and mechanisms of local innovation investment on the development of urban new-type productivity from the dual perspectives of the total number of high-tech enterprises and industrial scale.The findings reveal that local innovation investment significantly boosts the development of urban high-tech industries.The mechanism analysis further indicates that such investment effectively attracts innovative talents and elevates the city's innovation capacity,thereby facilitating the growth of high-tech industries.Further research uncovers that digital economy and financial technology play positive moderating roles in the process of innovation-driven development of high-tech industries.Meanwhile,with continuous improvement in fiscal transparency,local innovation investment exhibits an even more pronounced positive effect on promoting the growth of high-tech industries.From the perspective of high-tech industry,it is revealed that innovation input is the core source of urban development industry chain,offering crucial policy insights into continually enhancing the overall efficiency of the innovation system and fully leveraging innovation's leading function in advancing high-tech industrial development.关键词
