The Historical Evolution,Institutional System and New Theoretical Insights of the Discourse on the Party's Leadership

Abstract
The historical evolution,institutional construction and theoretical innovation of the discourse system of"Party's leadership"constitute the core proposition of the Sinicization and modernization of Marxist party theory.The Party's leadership discourse has undergone a century-long evolution process,from"the Party's leadership over the revolution"in the revolutionary period to the theoretical deepening of"the Party's overall leadership"in the new era,presenting distinct characteristics at different stages.The institutional system of Party's leadership takes political leadership,ideological leadership and organizational leadership as its pillars,and achieves comprehensive coverage of national governance through the scientific decision-making,efficient execution,and strict supervision operation mechanism.Since the new era,the major propositions such as"the Party's leadership is the most essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics","the Party's overall leadership",and"the two affirmations"have not only deepened the understanding of the laws of the Party's governance but also constructed a logically rigorous scientific theoretical system.The innovative development of the Party's leadership discourse not only enriches Marxist party theory but also serves as the fundamental guarantee for advancing the modernization of national governance,provid-ing a fundamental guideline for adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.关键词
