摘要

Abstract

The deepening development of the algorithmic society,while enhancing efficiency,has simultaneously intensified problems of algorithmic injustice.From the perspective of technological justice theory,algorithmic injustice exhibits dual roots.The endogenous root is manifested in the value-ladenness,entrenchment of bias,and responsibility ambiguity inherently embedded within the design,operation,and application processes of algorithmic technology itself.The exogenous root is reflected in the indirect negative societal consequences triggered by algorithmic activities that are either"insufficient"or"excessive".Confronted with this complex challenge,there is an urgent need to construct a systematic corrective framework:at the object level,clarifying the subjects of responsibility and rights allocation;at the mechanism level,coordinating the deterrence of unjust practices with the incentivization of just practices;at the dimension level,focusing on the governance of injustice within temporal and spatial architectures;at the pathway level,integrating pluralistic regulatory regimes systems and strengthening the empowerment and compensation of digitally disadvantaged groups.This framework aims to provide a solid theoretical foundation and some feasible pathways for constructing a new governance paradigm in the algorithmic age.
